Title: Community professionals’ caseload management: a mixed-methods systematic review

چکیده

Objectives To review researchand experience-based published literature regarding individual community professionals’ caseload management (i.e. behaviours related to assessment, treatment and discharging of clients). To: identify the number, nature and frequency of papers published; investigate their scope and quality; identify the main themes and concepts; and synthesise the findings to inform practice, policy and research.
